Following is the list of events you can participate in.....

All the participants are required to be at the college premises lately by 10:00 a.m. on 16th Feb. 2001.

Decision of the judges in all the events will be final and abiding and no further correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
All the participants will have to produce their College or School identity cards in original.

 

Details of the various events..

 

 

 

1. Paper Presentation 

 

 

The participants will be required to present  on one or more of the following topics.

  • Wireless Application Protocol (W.A.P.).

  • E-Business ( can choose one or more from following list) 

    -------Convergence
    -------E-Money
    -------E-Banking
    -------E-Brokering
     
  • Distributed components middleware standards such as
     COM (Microsoft , CORBA (OMG), JavaBeans (Sun Java).

  • Business Intelligence

    ------ ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
    ------ CRM (Customer Relation Management)
    ------ SCM (Supply Chain Management)

2. On the spot programming

 

 

The participants will be given two programs in C/C++ programming language and will be required to solve the problems then only and provide the working solutions.

3. Overnight Programming

 

 

The participants will have to collect questions in C/C++ programming language from the college premises on 15th Feb. 2001 between 3  p.m. and 4 p.m. ( questions will be mailed to those registering online on  15th Feb around 5 p.m. and Questions will be available here on 15th Feb. 2001 after 5 p.m.) and will be required to solve the problems at their place and submit the solutions on 16th Feb. 2001 latest by 11:00 a.m.

5. Software Display

 

 

The participants will have to bring along with them originally created precompiled softwares with them. All the files accompanying the software should be brought. Only DOS and Windows platforms will be provided. Participant will have to provide the certificate of authenticity of the software

1. Network Gaming

 

 

Participant will be playing HALF LIFE on the network. Availability of the computer system on first come first serve basis. This events also has attractive prizes.
